cozy cottage, but lacks heating control
The cottage was charmingly clean and provided a comfortable retreat. I appreciated the owners' constant communication, ensuring I had everything I needed, especially during the storm. The stunning mountain view outside my window added a lovely touch, making my stay even more enjoyable.
The heating control left much to be desired, making the first night somewhat uncomfortable.

Stunning views from accommodations are absolutely unforgettable.
The heating in our cottage was completely inadequate upon arrival, making it uncomfortable and cold. After waiting, the heating was finally addressed, but it took too long to warm up. there was a lack of welcoming amenities or instructions, whatsoever, making the experience feel even more uninviting.

absolutely stunning views, but don’t be fooled—they have cobwebs everywhere, very rustic charm, if you love dust! the bathrooom situation? Downstairs, how quaint! Oh, and no one bothered to inform me that there would be no welcome gift for an 'elite' guest like myself, almost gave a good review, but.

Had a fantastic group vacation with friends! The location was stunning, and we loved the easy access to the bistro. Paul's cooking was incredible! We also enjoyed activities like golfing at Mains of Taymouth and a visit to Black Spout Waterfall, perfect for all ages. a great spot for relaxation and outdoor fun.
Only minor issue was figuring out the shower controls initially, but staff were helpful and patient in assisting us.

We absolutely loved the cozy atmosphere of our two-bedroom cottage, surrounded by stunning views of the valley and magnificent forest. The Thyme café offered delightful meals with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, and the natural ambiance around the pond with friendly ducks and chickens made our stay even more special. The attentive staff, especially during dining, added a personal touch to our experience.
The heating in our cottage was inadequate upon arrival, leaving it quite chilly initially.
